Implementation of a Payment Solution for Self-Service Systems

Client

The clients are leaders in Poland and abroad in implementing, managing, and developing self-service fee collection systems for transport, parking, and vending.

Project goal

The primary goal of the project was to provide and maintain a payment solution that clients could adapt to their self-service solutions (e.g., ticket machines, parking meters, vending machines), enhancing the functionality of retail customers in public spaces.

Product

A highly configurable payment solution that facilitates and enables self-service sales of products and services. The payment system seamlessly integrates cashless payment environments with unattended devices performing sales functions, such as ticket machines, parking meters, fuel dispensers, and vending machines. The software, combined with a dedicated hardware solution, enhances the flexibility of fee collection while ensuring maximum security.

The payment solution supports cashless sales in various configurations, including:
Magstripe & PIN (contact via magnetic stripe and PIN pad),
Chip & PIN (contact via chip and PIN pad),
C-less & PIN (contactless and PIN pad),
Contactless only (increasingly popular).

The system holds all necessary certifications from payment organizations and collaborates with the three largest settlement agents operating in Poland.
